Computer Skills

Everyone starts at a different place with a knowledge of how to operate their computer.  You can take a class and learn the basics or get advanced training. But who has time?  You need the answer to a couple of questions right now! Your Write Hand offers training in small increments on the software you are using.  You do this one-on-one at your computer. In a class, things have to be covered at a pace that everyone needs. This is at your speed, your questions only.

There is no question that is dumb. Nothing is too basic. The problem is that software is designed by someone who spends more time at a computer than you do.  It is like comparing someone who drives a car to commute to work and a race car driver.  They have different perspectives on the vehicle. Just as with a car, how useful is that manual in the glove box? It certainly isn’t something that I pull out to look at while I am driving!  Computer and software manuals are about that helpful. Very often what makes you hate your software is you lacking a few pieces of information or simple explanations.  We specialize in making you say, “ahaah!”
