The key to your data base working properly is flawless input and knowing want you want to get back out. Did you ever wonder why every time you have to enter your state on a computer address form, you have to select from the pull down list? It is to make sure their data base remains clean because people can’t misspell their state. Real people making entries while they work make mistakes or do things in a less than consistent way. This means that your tool isn’t functioning to give you back the information you were gathering.

There are duplicates in your database but you just try to remember which ones they are because you don’t know why
