Our best help can be offered when we work face to face. We specialize in making light bulbs appear over your head. Our customers are the people we work with, not the machines. Remote service is not a replacement for our usual practice of coming to you to solve the issues with your technology tools.
Remote help is designed for emergency situations. Both of us will be sitting at the computer to accomplish this problem solving. Remote help is charged at the same rate as onsite visits and you will recieve an invoice for time spent on remote problem solving.
We will connect to your computer via the ShowMyPC program on the internet. Once the link is established between our computers, you will provide the one time password to me. I cannot connect without talking to you to get the password for the session.
